Before
After
Here's what we did . . .

* Re-established the dining room which
    was being used for storage.
* De-cluttered all living areas.
* Added and replaced lighting.
* Added wall art and accessories.
* Worked with existing furniture but
    "dressed it up" a bit.
* Created a color scheme that flowed
    from room to room.
* Provided a detailed cleaning of all
    living areas including appliances.
* Cleaned yard.
* Used mulch and pine straw to dress up
    flower beds and hillside.
* Planted flowers.
* Cleaned and repaired fish pond and
    waterfall.

The homeowner was out of town while we worked and was astonished by the transformation when he returned.

"Clearly apparent, you have made the home look far more attractive and appealing to prospective buyers!  . . .  My sincerest of congratulations on a job well done!"

This wonderful home on a secluded 2.7 acre lot had been on the market for a year without an offer.   We came in with a "Redesign to Sell" plan which was completed in just five days.    Within 30 days an offer was received and accepted.

A home that has been redesigned to sell, is one that is presented in the best light to prospective buyers.   People cannot see past outdated decor, unusual taste, damages, and clutter;  and they need to envision their belongings in the home.  The redesign-to-sell process provides an impartial review of the space, makes recommendations, and can even oversee all the work to be done.             Click Here To learn more about "Redesign to Sell"
